Chicken Breast Divan
This Recipe takes me way back to when I was first married. Not wanting anything complicated to cook after work of course I turned to my mother, who always had new ideas. My mom was a cook book reading fanatic and she would spend hours pouring over her latest find. She wasn't particular about any type of ethnic foods but she had a knack of being able to see a recipe from just the ingredients and know if it was good. The recipe below fit the bill exactly. Easy to make and tastes delicious. If you saw the card this was written on you would know that I have made this many times. ENJOY!

1/4 Cup Margarine
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 10oz packages Frozen Broccoli
Spears (cooked and drained)
1 10oz can cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 TLB Grated Parmesan Cheese

Melt margarine in skillet. Sprinkle salt and paprika over chicken and brown. Place broccoli in a 13X9 baking pan. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup and mayo and lemon juice. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees. Bake 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and place under the broiler to 2 to 3 minutes.
