Pasta Recipes
Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
This is another recipe from my sister Laurel.  She resides in North Carolina with her husband and three children and 8 beautiful grandchildren.
Cheesy Spaghetti Bake
Fettuccine, snowpeas, ham & tomatoes
This is not one of my Mom's low calorie recipe's. The 2 cups of whipping cream clued me in on that. I don't remember Mom making this when we were kids the card is dated June 1985 so it was long after I was married for the first time, she made this recipe.

Manicotti
I remember standing and watching my mom makes these in the kitchen.  They seemed like a lot of work to me but she enjoyed being in the kitchen and cooking.
I know my Mom didn't make this when we were growing up because it is not that economical to serve to five children.  To us kids it would have just been a white macaroni and cheese.
Fettuccine Alfredo
This recipe comes from my mom's old tin recipe box.  It is written on just a piece of 3 by 5 inch paper so it would fit in the recipe box.
Baked Ziti
This is a good summer salad that we use to make often.  I think our family got tired of it as it was a staple at any family gathering.  This pasta salad becomes more flavorful the longer it sits.

Lasagna Toss
This page I am dedicating to my sister Laurel.  She is the oldest of us sisters and as we lovingly called her the BOSS.  Laurel and I are the closest in personality and our dislikes and likes are very similar.

I have taken my mothers treasured recipe and adapted to make it easier and also less expensive.  By using cottage cheese instead of ricotta you can save a few dollars.
No Cook Noodle Lasagna
Talking to her the other day I mentioned I was celebrating all the June birthdays in my family along with Fathers Day.  She told me I should make that Couscous Salad since it is easy and feeds a lot of people.
