Broccoli Supreme
I received this recipe from my Ex-sister-in-law Kathy and have made it several times.  Usually for special occasions such as Easter or Thanksgiving.  But don't wait for a special occasion to try this recipe out because its easy enough to make and if you have any finicky children in your home they will eat there broccoli if its made like this.   I have never tried it but looking again at the recipe I think you could replace the broccoli with cauliflower or green beans or any other firm vegetable.  This makes a fairly large casserole so you could cut it in half if you are not feeding a family of four.  If you have tried this recipe before let me know what you do to make your casserole even more delicious.
